Technical Support Cover - £200.00 per license per
annum
The license price does not include Technical Support Cover.
It is highly recommended that Technical Support
Cover is purchased at the same time as the license. With our Technical
Support cover our support team will endeavour to provide a response
to the customer within 4 normal working hours. Cover provides customers
with access to our team of technical experts via email and Telephone
during UK office hours (9:00-17:00, Monday – Friday). It will
also include remote login by our engineers to the PBX and IP phones
for fault finding and correction of any settings or configuration
issues.
3CX Upgrade Cover and Support (Version 6)
As standard all 3CX PBX software is supplied with 30 days upgrade
cover and up to 8 hours support via email and telephone. Once the
30 day cover expires further software upgrades can be purchased
at a later date with a minimum charge of £250.00. As the software
is constantly being developed with enhancements and new features
being added, it is highly recommended that the
annual software update and support cover is taken at time of purchase.
