ProTalk Soft PBX | Open Standards Based IP Telephones

All the telephone systems and IP phones we supply use Open Standard SIP based technology. Therefore we are not tied to any one manufacturer, our customers can select the IP phone that suits their needs from a wide range of leading brands and models that we have available.

Advantages of IP Phones

IP telephones are designed to connect to a data network, the same network as used by your office PCs. The big advantage with this is that you no longer have to install and run two networks around your offices, one for PCs and one for phones. You just use the same network. In addition when you expand and want to add more phones or make changes it is a simple case of connecting more phones to the network, registering them and updating the settings on the PBX.

Most of the phones themselves have dual Ethernet ports that enable each phone and a PC to share one network port, eliminating the need to install extra ports for the phones.
