After Sales and Technical Support Agreement
Ongoing after sales technical support is offered for the lifetime
of the system to cover the maintenance of hardware and software
supplied as part of the ProTalk package. The support is charged
on an annual basis with pricing varying on the type and size of
system purchased.
Our Technical Support extends far beyond just fixing faults and
provides complete piece of mind for our customers in knowing they
have an experienced team of professionals to rely on when ever there
is a problem.
Our Technical Support packages provide:

Regular software updates and software support

Technical support by our team of experienced technical engineers

Automatic weekly remote backup of PBX settings and configuration
to our secure servers
- Option to have a duplicate fully configured PBX shipped for
next day pre 9.00 am delivery in the event of PBX failure
